Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities:

1. BAKE SALE! Thursday, April 3. Donate packaged items (1 pt. per item; up to 2 pts. per person). Bring items to Portable 101 by Thursday morning.

2. Collection Drive for Ronald McDonald House - April 14-18. ONE item=ONE POINT. (Maximum 2 pts.) Items could include: laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bleach dish-washing soap, fabric softener sheets, bar soap, paper plates, aluminum foils, or ziplock bags, for example.
ALSO NEEDED: Posters made for the drive. Pick up a blank posterboard in P101 and ask Ms. P for details.
ALSO NEEDED: A volunteer to make an announcement on the intercom. To volunteer, see Ms. P.

3. Knowlton Spring Carnival - Saturday, April 19th, 12-6pm. Sign up at the Apr. 2 meeting or in Ms. P's room.

4. "Any Baby Can" Volunteer Opportunities! (For more information, stop by Ms. P's room).

APRIL 12 - Autism Awareness Walk - 7:30-11 am
APRIL 19 - Kids Day In the Park - 10-2 pm
APRIL 19 - Saturday Morning Art - 9:30-12:30

5. Submit NHS Photos! - Turn in any photos you have of you/your friends participating in NHS activities for points! (Volunteers must be wearing NHS shirt in photos in order for them to count). 2 Photos=1 Point. 8 Photos=2 Points (MAX). Turn them in at meetings or in the points box in Ms. P's room with your name clearly on the back of each. Digital photos may be submitted on a CD or you can email the URLs to secretary (paulinamartinez12@gaggle.net). - Click HERE to see the gallery of photos we have so far.

6. Smart? Need service points? Tutoring will take place for Math in Portable 101 on the first and last Tuesdays of each month from 4:15-5:15pm. If interested, please see Ms. P to sign up. We need responsible individuals for this project!!!

7. Needed: Volunteers to help with Recycle Pick-Up on Thursdays after school. Meet in the choir hallway near glass case.

8. The Science Dept. is looking for a few creatively-inspired individuals to produce new displays that showcase the various science electives offered on campus. See Ms. Maldonado for more details in room A331 before/after school or during 4th period.
