Clubs are a big aspect here at STA, with many students having great ideas to create a club. There are nearly 40 clubs available for students at STA, but there is still room for many more. One benefit of creating a club is you can put it on your college resume, which shows colleges that you have drive, passion and the ability to take initiative. . You should try to create your club as early as possible so you can help establish and build the club throughout your time at STA.
In order to create a club, you will first need to come up with an idea that you think will be beneficial and appealing to the student body. Survey your school friends and ask if they would join the club if you created it. This will help to build hype for your club. You will also need a teacher to facilitate your club meetings. Once you have a plan in place, you can go to student activities and talk with Mrs. Scott about your club and how it will benefit and enhance student life at STA. If your club is approved, you will then fill out some paperwork. Voila! You officially have made a club at STA.
Here is where you can find some of the currently active clubs at STA!
